Job Description
Talent Sourcing: Conduct on-ground field visits, local BTL campaigns, flyer distributions, and set up local recruitment camps or walk-in drives. [1, 2, 3]
Pitch & Counseling: Explain job roles, daily/weekly earnings, company policies, and the onboarding roadmap directly to prospective candidates. [1, 2]
Document Verification: Collect, check, and verify candidate identity and vehicle documents to ensure seamless profile processing. [1, 2, 3]
Target Achievement: Meet strict daily, weekly, and monthly hiring numbers assigned for specific micro-markets or dark stores/hubs. [1, 2, 3]
Data Reporting: Maintain daily tracking sheets and update management on recruitment pipelines, lead conversions, and drop-off reasons.
