Job Description
- Conduct field recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus drives, and walk-in interviews
- Source candidates through local networks, references, and community outreach
- Visit partner locations, offices, or project sites to identify hiring needs
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Promote employer brand in local markets
- Handle documentation and onboarding support for selected candidates
