Job Description

  • 1. Sales & Booking Responsibilities
  • Generate new booking leads through corporate clients, travel agents, and online platforms.
  • Handle guest inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly occupancy targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and repeat guests.
  • Coordinate with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and MakeMyTrip for pricing, availability, and promotions.
  • Prepare daily and monthly booking and sales reports.
  • 2. Property Supervision Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of all service apartments /Airbnb properties.
  • Ensure rooms, common areas, and facilities are maintained in excellent condition at all times.
  • Conduct regular property inspections before guest check-in and after check-out.
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors for plumbing, electrical, internet, AC, and repair work.
  • Monitor inventory of linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
  • Ensure all properties follow cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards.
  • Maintain check-in/check-out readiness and resolve operational issues quickly.
  • 3. Maid / Housekeeping Supervision Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff/maids across all properties.
  • Prepare and manage daily cleaning schedules and task assignments.
  • Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared as per SOP before guest arrivals.
  • Check quality of cleaning, bed setup, bathroom hygiene, and overall presentation.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of housekeeping staff.
  • Train maids on cleaning standards, guest privacy, hygiene, and property SOPs.
  • Report any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues observed by housekeeping staff.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning materials and linens.
  • 4. Guest Experience & Coordination
  • Welcome guests professionally and assist with smooth check-in/check-out processes.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure excellent guest experience.
  • Collect guest feedback and support efforts to improve ratings and reviews.
