Job Summary

UBT Technology Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to conduct field visits to colleges, universities, and educational institutions. The primary responsibility is to establish professional relationships with faculty members and academic staff, collect relevant information regarding PhD scholars and faculty, and support the company's academic outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions on a daily basis.

Meet with faculty members, Heads of Departments (HODs), Principals, and administrative staff.

Collect and maintain accurate data of faculty members, including:

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with academic institutions.

Introduce and explain the academic and research support services offered by UBT Technology Private Limited.

Generate new academic contacts and potential business opportunities.

Maintain daily visit reports, meeting records, and collected data.

Coordinate with the internal team regarding leads and follow-up activities.

Achieve monthly field visit and data collection targets.

Represent the company professionally during all institutional visits.

Required Skills

Confident in meeting and interacting with academic professionals.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Ability to travel extensively for field visits.

Good organizational and reporting skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Prior field marketing experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

0–3 years in Field Marketing, Educational Marketing, Business Development, or Academic Outreach.
