Team Leader

Role: Team Leader (Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition)

Qualification:

Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also be considered)

1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Fintech, Banking, or Merchant Acquisition

Experience in handling a sales team is preferred. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs).

Drive merchant onboarding for BharatPe QR and payment solutions.

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved.

Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members.

Monitor team performance and prepare MIS reports.

Conduct field visits to support the team and resolve merchant issues.

Coordinate with Area Sales Manager and other stakeholders. 

Skills Required:

Team handling and leadership

Sales and negotiation

Communication and problem-solving

Reporting and target management

Basic MS Excel knowledge

Salary:

Typically ₹25,000–₹42,000 per month + performance incentives, depending on location, experience, and hiring partner. 

Preferred Requirements:

Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Strong local market knowledge.
