Field Sales Executive (FSE) –

Paytm Payment Services Role Over view The FSE is responsible for onboarding merchants and promoting Paytm payment solutions such as QR codes, , EDC/card swipe machines, POS software, and related financial products. The role is field-based and target-driven.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned market areas and retail shops for lead generation
• Onboard merchants onto the Paytm platform
• Sell/payment deployment of:

• EDC/swipe machines
• POS solutions
• Insurance/financial products
• Install and activate devices at merchant locations
• Train merchants on product usage and transaction processes
• Ensure merchant satisfaction and retention
• Revisit inactive merchants and resolve issues
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
• Basic sales and negotiation ability
• Customer handling and relationship management
• Ability to work independently in field operations
• Smartphone usage and basic app knowledge
• Willingness to travel locally
• Eligibility12th pass / Graduate (varies by location)
• Freshers and experienced candidates both eligible
• Experience in sales, telecom, fintech, banking, or FMCG is preferred
