Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated *Field Solar Expert* to generate leads, meet customers, conduct site visits, and explain rooftop solar solutions. 

The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable traveling within Pune.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit customer locations and explain rooftop solar solutions.

* Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team.

* Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

* Explain system benefits, savings, and ROI in simple terms.

* Maintain daily follow-ups and update CRM regularly.

* Build relationships with local builders, architects, electricians, and housing societies.

Required Skills

* Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (Solar, Real Estate, Insurance, BFSI, or similar consultative sales).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner.

* Basic knowledge of net metering and government subsidy schemes is an advantage.

* Comfortable using CRM tools for reporting.

* Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel within Pune.

* Strong follow-up skills with a target-driven approach.
