Job Description
The role offers an attractive compensation package with basic salary, incentives, and performance-based variable pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Zones: Operate across L1 (City), L2 (Catchment Area), and L3 (Nearby Towns)
- Database Creation: Build and maintain a zone-wise master list of schools
- Daily Visits: Conduct a minimum of 10 school visits per day to promote products and franchise opportunities
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing schools across all zones
- Franchise Promotion: Actively present and sell Addy’s franchise model to potential clients
- Order Management: Secure regular orders and ensure smooth order processing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven field sales experience (preferably in education or related sectors)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- A two-wheeler is mandatory for field travel
Location: Zone-wise deployment based on business needs
Reporting To: Sales Head
