Field Sales Executive

The role offers an attractive compensation package with basic salary, incentives, and performance-based variable pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Zones: Operate across L1 (City), L2 (Catchment Area), and L3 (Nearby Towns)
• Database Creation: Build and maintain a zone-wise master list of schools
• Daily Visits: Conduct a minimum of 10 school visits per day to promote products and franchise opportunities
• Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing schools across all zones
• Franchise Promotion: Actively present and sell Addy’s franchise model to potential clients
• Order Management: Secure regular orders and ensure smooth order processing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven field sales experience (preferably in education or related sectors)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• A two-wheeler is mandatory for field travel
