Field Sales Manager

•Identify

and engage potential customers to source credit card applications through

designated sourcing location, field visits, referrals, and networking.

• Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable credit card products

aligned with eligibility and lifestyle

• Meet

monthly sourcing targets and contribute to team goals. Track performance

metrics and report progress regularly.

•Maintain

excellent relationship with customers and stakeholders.

•Ensuring

good customer experience - Prompt solution, accurate information, addressing

queries etc.

•Have a good understanding of the Credit card offering, features, benefits

and usage guidelines (detail training will be provided)

•Use customer reference and network to close deals

•Ensure

all applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and

internal standards.

Sourcing location (Bank branches) will be allocated basis the business

requirement and availability.

• Salary Package: Attractive Salary with monthly incentive

Executive must report to location/ Office by 9:45 am or as communicated by

Hiring manager.
