Role Description

Lead for Product management activities & Stakeholder management:

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of allocation charge to the finance systems and analyze the movements.
  • In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining, developing, and launching innovative financial products and solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients and the market.
  • Preparation for Senior management reviews like QBRs, ICAP etc.
  • Ensure standardization and streamlining of processes and implementation of governance framework around the same.

Your key responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Contribute to the development and execution of the product vision and strategy for your assigned product area, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Requirements Definition: Translate business requirements and client feedback into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Product Development Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication (Core Focus):
    • Proactively engage, influence, and manage relationships with a diverse set of internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and senior leadership.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels.
    • Navigate complex organizational structures and foster collaboration to achieve product goals.
    • Present product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executive-level audiences with confidence and clarity.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resource availability.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

Your skills and experience

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, preferably within the financial services industry or a highly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex product initiatives from conception to launch and beyond.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships across all organizational levels, including senior executives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to translate market insights and data into actionable product strategies.
  • Proficiency in defining and documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory landscapes (e.g., payments, lending, capital markets, wealth management) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
