Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Facilitate communication between finance and other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their analytical capabilities and understanding of financial planning.
- Support the development and implementation of financial models to forecast business performance.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
