Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant/banquet service operations.
  • Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints.
  • Train, guide, and monitor service staff.
  • Coordinate with kitchen & bar for smooth service.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
  • Monitor inventory of cutlery, glassware, and equipment.
  • Promote upselling of food & beverage items.
  • Prepare shift reports and ensure proper handovers.
