Franchise Manager

We are looking for a professional and smart Franchise Lead who can manage franchise inquiries, generate quality business leads, schedule meetings, maintain lead records, coordinate with management, and assist in PAN India franchise expansion activities.

The candidate should have good communication skills, leadership qualities, follow-up ability, and team coordination experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Lead ResponsibilitiesGenerate franchise business leads from online and offline sources
• Handle franchise inquiries from different states across India
• Maintain daily lead records and update CRM/database
• Schedule business meetings, Zoom meetings, and presentations
• Coordinate with management team and gallery owners
• Follow up with interested franchise prospects
• Explain company business model and franchise opportunities
• Support PAN India expansion strategy
• Develop assistant team for lead management and follow-up
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Coordinate with marketing and sales departments
• Manage Franchise.com and other lead generation platforms
• Maintain professional communication with clients and business partners
