Job Description



1. Patient handling and greeting patients professionally.



2. Managing appointments, rescheduling, and confirmations.



3. Maintaining patient records and registration details properly.



4. Handling incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiry follow-ups.



5. Coordinating with doctors, counsellors, and clinic staff.



6. Managing billing, receipts, and payment entries accurately.



7. Ensuring proper waiting area cleanliness and patient comfort.



8. Maintaining daily reports and attendance records.



9. Handling patient complaints politely and escalating when required.



10. Ensuring smooth front desk operations and clinic discipline.



11. Maintaining confidentiality of patient information.



12. Supporting walk-in patient conver

sions through proper communication.
