Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.
Must have skills : Python (Programming Language)
Good to have skills : Generative AI

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user experiences and implement backend code. You will utilize your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while leveraging new technologies to address complex business challenges with a cloud-first and agile approach. Engaging in problem-solving and continuous improvement will be key aspects of your role, ensuring that the solutions you create are both effective and efficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.
- LLM/GenAI, prompts, tool/function calling, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration, Frontend proficiency, TypeScript, state management (Redux/RTK/Zustand), and component testing, DBs, query/rerank strategies, and data governance basics,Kubernetes, Azure AI Studio, AutoGen, Performance/load testing

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
