Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of system components are integral parts of the daily workflow.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of cross-functional team efforts to ensure seamless delivery of project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Understanding of cloud computing principles and deployment models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
