Functional Lead Cutover

Your Key Responsibilities

    • Take full ownership of the global cutover strategy, governance, and execution for the HR.SALT transformation program.
    • Define the cutover framework, including standards, templates, RACI, quality gates, and tollgate criteria.
    • Lead end‑to‑end cutover activities for global rollout of SuccessFactors modules (EC, SmartRecruiters, Compensation, etc.), H4S4 Migration, and application consolidations.
    • Act as the primary IT cutover lead, directing timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with Global Program Managers, HR IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment.
    • Manage the full cutover lifecycle—strategy, detailed planning, execution, risks, and delivery—ensuring compliance with global and regulatory standards.
    • Coordinate work across multiple regions and time zones, enabling smooth communication between India, Germany, and other locations.
    • Drive proactive issue resolution, change management, and stakeholder engagement to maintain momentum.
    • Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and executive updates highlighting progress, risks, and challenges.
    • Mentor and guide project team members to maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of HR IT project management experience in global, large‑scale programs.
  • Strong expertise in the SuccessFactors Suite and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex HR IT projects in matrix or global environments.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and translation into IT solutions.
  • Experience working within Program/Portfolio governance structures, ideally in product-based companies.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools.
