ROLE



Responsible for shareholding monitoring and reporting on behalf of Crisil’s client – a Singapore based asset management firm



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES



 Regulatory




  • Responsible for understanding, analyzing and documenting the statutory requirements relating to Disclosure of Interests, Sensitive Industries, Foreign Ownership and Takeover requirements.

  • Prepare, review and submit accurate regulatory reporting in prescribed formats.

  • Liaise with Compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are accurately captured and documented.



 Managing data requirements and feeds




  • Analyze data requirements and ensure requisite data feeds are mapped accurately and operating effectively.

  • Work closely with Compliance, Data, Operations and IT teams to rollout data and process changes to support relevant monitoring and reporting requirements on behalf of the client.



Monitoring and troubleshooting




  • Test and implement changes to ensure requisite data is sourced accurately, rules are set up correctly and the output generated are fit for purpose.

  • Perform reconciliations, investigate differences and resolve issues.

  • Identify and mitigate any potential risk.

  • Ensure appropriate disaster recovery and business continuity plans are kept up to date to support the monitoring and reporting requirements.



Internal Reporting and Enhancements




  • Work with various teams to improve processes and controls that support growth, automation and are scalable.

  • Prepare or conduct required internal documents such as training, risk register, attestation, policies, MI and presentation materials.



EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS




  • 6-10 year of experience

  • Candidate must like working with data sets, comfortable working with large volumes of data and able to go into details.

  • Extensive knowledge of MS Excel required

  • XML and SQL knowledge preferred

  • Able to interpret large volumes of data

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Takes initiative

  • Knowledge of financial instruments a plus

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
