What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who’s not just skilled with tools, but thinks like a brand custodian. Someone who understands that form follows function and can craft clean, smart visuals that speak to business goals while being beautifully executed.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, can switch between brand thinking and campaign execution, and wants to work closely with founders, strategists, and content creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets across brand identity, social media, presentations, print, and digital campaigns etc.
• Work on branding projects: logos, typography, visual systems, brand decks.
• Collaborate with strategy and content teams to translate ideas into visual form
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
• Ensure brand consistency in design across all projects.
• Stay updated with design trends, but know when to ignore them.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Bonus: Working knowledge of Figma, Premiere, After Effects, or motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong branding and campaign work.
