Preferred Candidate Profile:

● Creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with knowledge of digital creatives, video editing, branding, logo design, and print media.

● Should be able to design professional posts, posters, banners, ads, brochures, thumbnails, presentations, reels, and videos.

● Must have good understanding of colors, fonts, layouts, branding, visual balance, and finishing quality.

● Should be comfortable working with content writers, marketing team, and management.

● Experience in social media creatives, ad creatives, reels, promotional videos, logo design, brochures, and print creatives will be preferred.

● Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing, video editing, branding, print media, or digital marketing creatives.

● Freshers with a strong portfolio and practical design/video editing skills can also apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create social media creatives, ad banners, posters, brochures, website visuals, and other marketing materials.

• Design creatives for digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp.

• Edit reels, shorts, promotional videos, YouTube videos, and branding content with basic animations and motion graphics.

• Collaborate with content, marketing, and management teams to develop creative concepts and maintain brand consistency.

• Deliver high-quality designs and videos within deadlines while staying updated with design trends, video trends, and AI tools.

Tools Knowledge Required :

● Adobe Photoshop ● Adobe Illustrator ● Adobe Premiere Pro ● Adobe After Effects ● Canva ● CapCut ● Filmora ● CorelDRAW ● Figma ● AI image/video creation tools ● Google Drive for file management ● Basic print knowledge: file formats, bleed, resolution, sizes, and export settings.
