Responsibilities

At WeMee, a Graphic Designer is not only responsible for creating attractive designs but also for ensuring every design is production-ready, brand-focused, client-friendly, and aligned with sales requirements. The designer should support marketing, sales, operations, and production teams end-to-end.

1. Mockup & Client Presentation

• Design Create professional product mockups for client approvals.
• Design realistic branding previews on T-shirts, Hoodies, Bottles, Mugs, Diaries, Bags, Welcome Kits, Gift Hampers, etc.
• Create multiple branding placement options for clients.
• Prepare client presentation sheets with logo placement and product visualization.
• Modify mockups quickly according to client feedback.
• Maintain a library of reusable mockup templates.

2. Print File Setup & Production Preparation

Prepare print-ready files according to printing methods:

• DTF Printing
• Screen Printing
• UV Printing
• Sublimation
• Laser Engraving
• Embroidery
• Vinyl Printing
• Offset Printing
• Maintain correct dimensions, bleed, margins, and resolution.
• Convert artwork into vector format when required.
• Check font outlines, color modes, and printing compatibility.
• Create separate production files for different machines/vendors.
• Ensure artwork quality before sending to production.

3. Catalogue Management

• Design and update product catalogues regularly.
• Organize products category-wise.
• Maintain latest pricing and product images.
• Create occasion-based catalogues:
• Joining Kits
• Diwali Gifting
• Employee Rewards
• Conference Kits
• Client Gifting
• Corporate Merchandise
• Create sales-ready PDF catalogues.
• Manage catalogue version control.

4. Branding & Creative Design

• Design company branding materials.
• Create brochures, flyers, standees, banners, posters, and presentation decks.
• Design packaging concepts for gifting products.
• Create brand identity assets.
• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials.

5. Social Media Design

• Create daily social media creatives.
• Design LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, and carousel posts.
• Create festival creatives.
• Design hiring posts.
• Create product launch creatives.
• Design event and exhibition promotional materials.
• Create client success and case study creatives.

7. Sales Team Design Support

• Create customized proposal designs.
• Design quotation covers and presentation materials.
• Create requirement-specific gifting concepts.
• Support sales team with urgent client design requests.
• Prepare visual product recommendations based on client requirements.

8. Product & Packaging Design

• Design gift box branding.
• Create custom packaging layouts.
• Design sleeve cards, thank-you cards, inserts, stickers, and tags.
• Develop premium unboxing experiences.
• Create packaging mockups for client approvals.

9. Digital Asset Management

Maintain organized folders for:

• Client logos
• Print files
• Mockups
• Catalogues
• Marketing creatives
• Social media content
• Manage cloud storage systematically.
• Maintain backup of all approved artworks.
• Ensure easy retrieval of old designs.

10. Vendor & Production Coordination

• Coordinate with printers and production vendors.
• Share correct artwork files with vendors.
• Resolve artwork-related printing issues.
• Verify sample outputs before bulk production.
• Ensure print quality matches approved mockups.

11. Website & Marketplace Design

• SupportCreate website banners.
• Design landing page visuals.
• Optimize product images.
• Create promotional graphics for website campaigns.
• Design visuals for online catalogues and marketplaces.

12. Quality Control Responsibilities

• Check spelling, alignment, dimensions, and branding before final submission.
• Verify logo quality and placement.
• Ensure print files are production-ready.
• Maintain high design standards.
• Follow brand guidelines consistently.
