Graphic Designer - Meta Ad Creatives & Brand Design

Role Overview

We're hiring a Graphic Designer who can do two things equally well: design high-converting static ad creatives for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), and produce polished brand assets - decks, UI mockups, social, and marketing collateral. You'll sit at the intersection of performance and brand, making sure our paid creatives stop the scroll and our brand looks sharp everywhere it shows up.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Ad Creatives

• Design static image ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) built to convert, not just look good
• Produce multiple creative variations per campaign - different hooks, angles, layouts, and formats - for systematic testing
• Translate marketing briefs, copy, and product positioning into scroll-stopping visuals
• Iterate on creatives based on performance signals (CTR, ROAS, creative fatigue, audience feedback)
• Deliver in all required ad sizes and formats on tight turnarounds

Branding & Design Assets

• Create and maintain brand decks, pitch decks, and presentation templates
• Design UI mockups, landing page visuals, and web/app graphics in collaboration with product and marketing teams
• Produce supporting brand assets: social posts, email graphics, packaging visuals, banners, and marketing collateral
• Build and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across every touchpoint
• Develop reusable design systems, templates, and component libraries to speed up future work

Requirements

• Proven portfolio of Meta static ad creatives with demonstrable performance impact
• Strong grasp of performance design principles: visual hierarchy, contrast, hook design, thumb-stopping composition
• Equally strong fundamentals in brand design: typography, layout, color systems, and visual storytelling
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; comfort with Canva for fast turnarounds
• Ability to balance speed and quality - multiple creatives shipped weekly without dropping the bar
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable iterating based on data and feedback
• Clean, well-organized source files that other designers can pick up and edit

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for D2C or e-commerce brands
• Familiarity with motion basics (simple animated ads, GIFs, Lottie)
• Working knowledge of how Meta Ads Manager evaluates creative performance
• Exposure to UI/UX design systems or working alongside product designers

What We're Looking For

Someone who understands why ads work - not just how to make them look nice - and who can switch gears to craft brand work that feels premium and considered. You should be as comfortable shipping ten ad variations before lunch as you are spending a day polishing a pitch deck. Curiosity about performance data, a strong design point of view, and the discipline to follow brand guidelines (while knowing when to push them) are what we value most.
