Role Summary:

The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for welcoming guests, handling inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining professional communication with clients, visitors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and walk-in customers professionally.

·      Handle front desk operations and visitor management.

·      Assist customers with basic project / property information and completing initial paperwork.

·      Coordinate site visits and client meetings.

·      Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.

·      Maintain visitor records and daily reports.

·      Support sales and site teams with customer coordination.

·      Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required.

·      Ensure reception and guest areas are neat and presentable.

·      Follow company policies and professional etiquette.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

·      0-1 year of experience in Real Estate, Luxury Retail, or Hospitality industry preferred.

·      Degree in hospitality management or relevant field is preferred.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.

·      Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
