This role requires a hands-on professional proficient in ServiceNow and Flexera to maintain data integrity and a proactive approach to procurement and global tracking.
The Role:

- Raise Purchase Requests (PR) proactively to ensure zero downtime for the business.
- Manage the end-to-end hardware purchase process within the HAM framework.
- Effective Stock Management:
- Maintain optimal buffer stock levels at the Pune site to support "ready-to-go" deployment for new hires and break-fix swaps.
- Monitor aging stock and ensure high turnover of inventory to prevent depreciation loss.
- Global Purchase Tracking:
- Track and monitor hardware orders at a global level to ensure local alignment with international shipments and lead times.
- Maintain visibility on regional spend and delivery timelines to update local stakeholders.
- Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Act as the local administrator for Flexera and ServiceNow, ensuring physical inventory matches digital records.
- ITSM Workflow: Manage hardware-related service requests and incidents through Jira ITSM, maintaining strict adherence to local and global SLAs.
- Physical Audits: Conduct routine physical audits and cycle counts within the Pune office to minimize "ghost assets" and ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Compliance & Disposal: Manage the secure decommissioning of aged assets, ensuring data destruction certificates are recorded and environmental disposal standards are met.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 3-5 years in IT Asset Management, specifically focused on hardware (HAM) and procurement workflows.
- Tool Expertise:
- ServiceNow: Practical experience with HAM modules, procurement plug-ins, and CMDB.
- Flexera: Proven ability to manage hardware inventory and reconciliation.
- Jira: Expert use of Jira for ticket-based hardware fulfillment and tracking.
- Purchasing Excellence: Deep understanding of the HAM purchase process, including vendor coordination, PO tracking, and proactive stock replenishment strategies.
- Operational Skills: Strong understanding of ITIL processes (specifically Asset and Configuration Management).
- Presence: Ability to work on-site 5 days a week at the Pune office to manage physical inventory and walk-in hardware support.
