Role Overview: We are looking for a Head Cashier to manage billing operations, lead cashier staff, and ensure a smooth and efficient checkout experience for customers.

• Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily cashier operations
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and reconciliation
• Train and guide cashier team members
• Handle customer queries at billing counters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and POS procedures
• Prepare daily transaction and cash reports
• Qualifications & Skills: Graduate (mandatory)
• 3–5 years of retail cashier experience (with team handling preferred)
• Strong numerical and leadership skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Preferred Traits: Attention to detail
• Integrity and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
