HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and ensuring smooth HR processes that support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

📌Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

📌Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

📌Address employee queries and grievances professionally.

📌Plan and execute employee engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.

HR Operations & Compliance:

📌Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

📌Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

📌Draft HR policies, letters, and contracts as per organizational requirements.

Payroll & Attendance Management:

📌Support in payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave, and other inputs.

📌Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and working hours.

Performance Management:

📌Assist in appraisal cycles and performance review processes.

📌 Track employee performance and provide data support to management.

Requirements:

🔷Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

🔷2–5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

🔷Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.

🔷Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

🔷Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

🔹Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
