HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the company’s hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to identify suitable talent, and experience in coordinating with candidates and department heads.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with management and candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
• Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding formalities.
• Follow up with candidates regarding joining and documentation.
• Work on employee engagement and basic HR operations when required.
• Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment deadlines.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR policies and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Presentable and professional approach.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
