Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and on boarding processes
• Handle employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Assist in payroll coordination and leave management
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations
• Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes
• Assist in training and development activities
• Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 years of proven experience in HR operations or recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and HR software/tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
