HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile and people-centric HR to join our growing team. In this role, you will be handling everything from the initial handshake of a new hire to the strategic administration of benefits and policy.

The ideal candidate is someone who balances high-level emotional intelligence with a meticulous eye for compliance and detail. You’ll be a trusted resource for employees and a key partner to management in fostering a positive, productive company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.

• Onboarding & Off-boarding: Design and lead a seamless onboarding experience that makes new hires feel at home from Day 1, and conduct professional exit interviews.

• Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries. Resolve conflicts, conduct internal investigations, and provide coaching to managers on performance management.

• Payroll & Attendance: Track daily attendance and work with Accounts to ensure salaries and bonuses are paid on time.

• Policy & Compliance: Maintain and update the Company policies. Ensure company practices stay in compliance of local, state, and central labor laws.

• Culture & Engagement: Coordinate team-building events and initiatives that drive employee morale and retention.

• HRIS Management: Maintain digital employee records with 100% accuracy in the System.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a major plus.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you can deliver tough news with empathy and write clear, professional policies.

• Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with total integrity.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with G-Suite/Office 365 and open to experience navigating various company softwares.
