Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Immediate Joining.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance resolution.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRMS.

Manage employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

Maintain HR records and generate MIS reports.

Support organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives.
