Possesses experience on working on HRMS, like Success Factor, SAP, Workday, etc,
Has experience on working on MS Excel tools like, Pivot, Slicers, Lookups, Data Validation etc
Prior experience on managing separations process, exit management, documentation, background verification, data and reporting, abscondment, etc
Possesses good communication and has inclination to work on HR Operations profile; incase wants to diversify the candidate is able to justify the reasons is able to manage change
