Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Recruiter to support bulk hiring

for delivery executives. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding

candidates through field activities and local hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field recruitment drives in assigned areas

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and local networks

• Visit hotspots to hire delivery partners (bike riders)

• Screen candidates and explain job roles, salary, and incentives

• Coordinate for document collection and onboarding

• Maintain daily reports of hiring activities

• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets

Requirements:

• Minimum PUC / Any Graduate

• Good communication skills (basic English)

• Willingness to work in field

• Basic recruitment knowledge

• Bike is mandatory

• Target-driven mindset

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ■25,000 per month

• Incentives based on performance

• Travel allowance (if applicable)

Working Details:

• 6 Days working

• Day shift
