Job Description
Agency Channel : Recruited, trained, and developed Insurance Consultants (ICs) for the Agency Channel.
• Drove life insurance sales by implementing effective business development strategies.
• Generated leads through networking, referrals, and customer engagement activities.
• Mentored advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Built strong customer relationships to improve retention and policy renewals. • Monitored team performance and ensured achievement of monthly business targets.
Direct Channel _ The company will provide you 100% leads. you just have to call them directly and talk to them sell the life insurance policy . you also have to visit the field.
Note This Is field job. Must own a conveyance, preferably with driving license and having own commuting modes.
