Job Title: Integration Lead – Platform Development (Integration POD)

 

About the Role :

Seeking an experienced Integration Lead to drive the development and management of our Integration POD within the Platform Development team. This role is critical for ensuring seamless integration across systems, maintaining high-scale and resilient connectors, and aligning with our platform roadmap.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Agile: Participate in sprint planning, backlog management, and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Quality & Security: Ensure code quality, enforce security best practices, and maintain compliance standards.
• Integration Expertise:
• Design and maintain high-scale, resilient connectors for multiple systems.
• Handle rate-limiting, webhooks, data mappings, and retry mechanisms.
• Manage vendor liaison, certifications, and app listings on marketplaces.
• Align integration roadmap with overall platform strategy.
• Align technical solutions with business roadmap
• Guide team members and resolve technical queries
• Collaborate with various PODs
• Visualize and bring clarity to integration requirements .
• Having hands on experience with coding and should be ready to code for the platform requirements.

 

Required Skills & Experience

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong experience in Python and familiarity with Azure Cloud Services.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks like Autogen, Crew.ai, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and LangChain.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and artifact management.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards.
• Integration Skills:
• Proven ability to build and maintain robust connectors and handle API rate limits.
• Experience with webhooks, data transformation/mapping, and error handling/retries.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing Agentic AI applications using integration tools
• Experience with marketplace certifications and publishing apps.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Azure DevOps / Jira).
• Exposure to AI-driven automation and agentic workflows.
