Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer consultative business and system integration services that facilitate the implementation of effective solutions. This role requires understanding and interpreting customer needs to develop tailored business and technology solutions. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align with the client s requirements is a key focus, along with collaborating across various teams to support seamless integration and successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of integration strategies that align with business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Axway B2B Integration.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices for business-to-business communication.
- Experience with designing and implementing secure and scalable integration solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and routing techniques within integration platforms.
- Excellent understanding of system architecture and middleware technologies related to integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Axway B2B Integration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
