Interior Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise daily site activities for commercial office interior fit‑out projects
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Monitor progress of civil, carpentry, electrical, flooring, ceiling, painting, glass, and furniture works
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks

Coordination & Management

• Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, and MEP teams
• Schedule and monitor subcontractor activities on site
• Resolve site‑level execution issues promptly
• Coordinate material delivery, storage, and usage at site

Quality Control & Safety

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain workmanship quality
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire norms, and site safety practices
• Identify defects and ensure rectification before handover

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and material records
• Verify measurements and assist in billing and certification
• Track drawings, revisions, and approvals
• Support snag‑list preparation and final project handover

Client & Vendor Interaction

• Communicate site progress to clients and senior team members
• Coordinate with vendors for finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories
• Support final walkthroughs and post‑handover corrections
