Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements, project objectives, and budget constraints.
• Prepare mood boards, space plans, layouts, 3D visualizations, and design presentations.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections to ensure design implementation meets quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Source furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and décor elements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design technologies.
• Address client feedback and make necessary design revisions.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, Photoshop, Excell or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and space planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing projects from concept to completion.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
