Open Position: Project Manager – Interior Design & Execution

Experience Required: 0–3 Years

Location: Wagholi, Pune, Maharashtra

Role Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior design projects and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, site execution experience, vendor coordination capabilities, and the ability to manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interior projects from project kickoff through final handover.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution timelines.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
• Track project budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation.
• Identify potential project risks and proactively implement solutions.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials required for execution.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure work is executed as per company standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams during execution.
• Handle client communication, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate project closure activities and final handover documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of interior project execution and construction processes.
• Excellent project planning and coordination skills.
• Strong vendor, contractor, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong site management and quality control experience.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools.
• Ability to read and understand interior drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior project management, site execution, or construction coordination.
• Experience managing residential and commercial interior projects.
• Familiarity with BOQs, vendor negotiations, procurement processes, and project costing.
• Experience handling premium residential or commercial projects will be an advantage.
