Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Tech / B.E. in Civil

Salary: 6 - 7  Lac Per Annum

💼 Responsibilities:

Work as a single point contact for the client to get related and timely update about the project status.

Proactively manage and maintain good working relationship with the client.

Coordinate the involvement of client and internal operation / technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and meeting of expectation.

Develop critical understanding of clients expectations, objectives and requirements and precisely convey those to internal/technical team.

Cultivate good business relationship and foster excellent communication with our new as well as existing clients.

Monitor and follow up on daily tasks assigned to team members to ensure timely completion.

Track and document updates from team members on project status, blockers, and deliverables.

Assist the Project Manager in maintaining project plans, timelines, and task assignments.

Ensure adherence to governance processes, documentation standards, and reporting protocols.

Maintain up-to-date project trackers, reports, and dashboards for internal and client visibility.

✅ Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in Project coordinator roles or related fields.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
