Location: Office in Viman Nagar, Pune (Projects across Kalyani Nagar, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, etc.)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Full-time)

Portico Designs Inc. is a leading architectural and interior design company specializing in premium residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors.

Monitor labor productivity, safety, and work schedules.

Manage materials delivery, usage, and storage on site.

Provide regular updates and reports to the office team.

Resolve on-site issues efficiently and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

Proven experience in interior/architecture site supervision.

Must have a two-wheeler with valid license for site visits.

Strong understanding of interior works such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple sites and manage timelines.
