Hiring: Site Supervisor – Civil Flooring Works (Pune)

Role:

• Supervise day-to-day civil/flooring works at site

• Ensure applicators follow company instructions

• Coordinate with client & PMC on site

• Share morning & evening work updates

• Maintain clean, safe, and disciplined site

• Resolve site issues promptly and communicate clearly

Requirements:

• Experience in civil / flooring / finishing works

• Willing to travel within Pune

• Ready for long shifts when needed

• Good communication & problem-solving skills
