Role: International Chat/Voice/Blended Process Associate

Location: Pune

Industry: BPO

Working Days: 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)

Shift: Rotational / Night Shift

Transportation: Two-Way Cab Facility Provided

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via chat support for international clients
• Provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions to customer queries
• Maintain high standards of written communication and customer satisfaction
• Manage multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Document customer interactions and follow standard processes

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Undergraduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Chat Process (Mandatory)
• Comfortable working in US shifts

Required Skills

• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Strong typing speed and multitasking ability
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
