Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality and productivity standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer interactions via voice calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, technical support, or account information.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions within defined turnaround times.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Meet key performance metrics such as Quality, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handle Time (AHT), and Productivity.
• Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and process updates.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome, depending on process requirements).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Neutral accent with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in an International BPO/Customer Support environment is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
