- Job Description – International Voice Process AssociateRole: Customer Support Executive / International Voice ProcessEmployment Type: Contractual Role (Randstad Third-Party Payroll)Key Requirements:Experience in inbound or outbound international voice process is mandatory
- Voice process experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills required
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Job Responsibilities:Handle customer interactions through international voice support
- Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards
- Follow process guidelines and business requirements
- Working Conditions:5 days working with rotational week offs
- 24×7 rotational shifts as per business requirements
- Contractual role under Randstad payroll
- Insurance, transport, and canteen facilities available
- Additional deductions applicable if facilities are availed
