iScala ERP Functional Support Analyst

Job Title: iScala ERP Analyst 

Experience: 8-10 years 

Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled iScala ERP Functional Support Analyst professional with extensive experience in providing functional support for iScala ERP systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of iScala modules, functional configuration, and implementation processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Application Support: Provide functional support for iScala ERP applications, addressing application support issues from users, ensuring effective resolution of support tickets complying SLA. 

• Users Support: Take responsibility for the functional deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of iScala ERP systems, as well as the related Edge Apps ecosystem. 

• Proficient in iScala Financial, Supply chain, Logistics, Project Management, Contract and Service Management advanced functionality. 

• Solution Design: Designing & configuring iScala ERP modules and related Edge Apps Solutions, complying global standards.  

• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems. 

• Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate smooth system operations. 

• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities. 

• Data Migration: Develop source to target ERP mapping for iScala ERP related functions. Able to develop SQL queries to ETL iScala databases. 

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system functionalities. 

• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements. 

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution and comply SLA standards. 

Required Skills: 

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with iScala ERP system. 

• Strong understanding of Financial, Project Management and Service Management modules within iScala. 

• Proficiency in SQL and iScala database management. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Experience with iScala ERP implementation and upgrades. 

• Relevant certifications in iScala or Epicor ERP systems.
