Area(s) of responsibility

 

Technical & Integration Responsibilities

• Provide support for iScala database and related technical components
• Develop and maintain:
• Reports
• Interfaces with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, WMS, legacy systems)
• Support data migration, master data management and reconciliation activities
• Troubleshoot performance, data and integration issues
• Work with infrastructure and vendor teams on patches, upgrades and system enhancements

Support & Operations

• Provide L2/L3 production support for iScala applications
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes and implement permanent fixes
• Manage change requests and minor enhancements
• Ensure system stability, availability and data integrity
• Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Infor iScala ERP (SCM / Logistics)
• Good understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Working knowledge of SQL Server (queries, data validation, troubleshooting)
• Experience in ERP implementation, upgrade, or support projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with business users and translate requirements into solutions

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Reports
• Exposure to ERP integrations (file-based, API, middleware)
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution or retail domains
• Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes
• Experience working in global or multi-country ERP environments

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or Accounting
• 3–10+ years of experience in ERP systems with significant exposure to iScala

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Comfortable working in support and project-driven environments
