Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead projects and rollouts of global SAP Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) solutions, ensuring implementation within scope, time, and budget
• Calculate ESS/MSS project costs based on required applications, processes, and solution complexity, providing financial transparency and supporting decision-making
• Optimize the integration of ESS/MSS with SAP HCM, focusing on configuration, user-friendliness, and automation
• Oversee global SAP Fiori Launchpad, managing deployment and consistency of standard and custom apps
• Support the implementation and integration of HR-specific applications (UI5, Fiori, OData), and bring experience with SAP Integration Center, SAP API Management, and web services (OData/REST/SOAP)
• Enhance and ensure compliance and best practices in Fiori-based ESS/MSS user experience
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive Fiori applications
• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational guidelines by integrating them into ESS/MSS workflows and configurations
• Coordinate testing activities in collaboration with HR, including bug analysis, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and validation of fixes
• Guarantee ongoing system availability, performance, and data integrity within ESS/MSS modules
• Lead regular process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction
• Maintain documentation, standards, and user training materials
• Participate in agile ceremonies and manage tasks in JIRA

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Over 5 years of hands-on HR IT experience, with deep knowledge of SAP HCM (R/3), especially master data processes and ESS/MSS modules
• Proven expertise (5+ years) in SAP Fiori Launchpad Designer, including creation and configuration of custom tiles and catalogs, and management of global Fiori app deployments (standard and custom)
• Strong skills in implementing SAP Self-Services and integrating HR-specific applications (UI5, Fiori, OData), as well as experience with SAP Integration Center, SAP API Management, and web services (OData/REST/SOAP)
• ABAP skills is a plus
• Solid understanding of SAP Transport Management, including frontend transports using Solution Manager
• Demonstrated project management experience in HR IT, including project planning, rollout cost calculation, and working with agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
• Experience working within complex enterprise IT landscapes and familiarity with integration challenges in large HR/ERP environments
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Comfortable with international, cross-functional collaboration, and able to work independently and proactively in team environments
