Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Java + React)   Experience: 8–10 Years Location: Pune Work Model: Hybrid   Job Overview   We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a client-facing environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have hands-on experience working in Agile teams.   Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React Build and manage scalable microservices-based backend systems Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React Integrate frontend with backend services through RESTful APIs Work on event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka (if applicable) Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and testing Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications 8–10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture Hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, state management, component-based architecture) Good understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) Exposure to Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, event streaming) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work in a client-facing role Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Exposure to NoSQL/SQL databases Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) Key Competencies Strong problem-solving skills Client handling and stakeholder management Ownership and accountability Team collaboration and adaptability.
