Job Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer (Civil) with experience in commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, supervision, quality control, and coordination to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Interpret and execute work as per structural and civil drawings.
• Perform accurate line-out and layout marking at the project site.
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for reinforcement steel.
• Monitor and report daily site progress to the project team/office.
• Conduct quality checks for construction materials such as steel, cement, aggregates, sand, and bricks.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workforce.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in workforce planning and basic team management.
• Review and understand drawings using AutoCAD.

You Should Apply If:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2 – 5 yr of Experience in commercial building construction projects
• Strong understanding of civil and structural drawings
• Knowledge of reinforcement detailing and BBS preparation
• Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Site execution and supervision skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Understanding of construction material quality standards
