Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Kannada Telecaller Executive. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, and driving admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
  • Provide detailed information about courses, programs, and admission processes
  • Counsel students based on their needs and career goals
  • Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and updates in the system
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets


Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Education Counselling
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred
